The building consists of a total of five apartments, two of which are on the ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the top floor. Each apartment has a bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace.

The attic apartment offers an unrestricted view of the sea, while the first floor offers a partial sea view.
