This modern Mediterranean style villa is located in a quiet location of a charming coastal town on the island of Brac in Dalmatia. The island is well connected to the mainland by regular ferry connections.

The house is currently being built on a plot of about 680 m2 and will offer a living space of about 198 m2 on two levels:
