Panorama Scouting arranges a 2016 completed house directly on the shoreline of Posedarje. The plot of about 428 m2 falls in steps to the water and is oriented to the southwest. From almost all rooms you can see the Novigrad Sea. The distance to the sea is about 20 meters.
On two levels, approximately 180 m2 of living space is available. Each level can be used independently and has an open living room with a custom kitchen including high-quality built-in equipment. Large glass fronts lead outdoors to covered and sunny terrace areas. To the rear are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ceramics characterize the living areas and bathrooms, parquet was laid in the bedrooms.
The outdoor area is formed by several levels covered with traditional natural stone, which reach to the shore. Palms, agaves and olive trees surround the lying areas. The whole thing is complemented by a stone barbecue as well as a private Molo with boat docking (use) and direct access to the water.
The house is completely furnished, with air conditioning, roller shutters and insect protection. A move-in is possible immediately. The town centre is about two kilometers away, Zadar and the motorway connection are easily accessible.
