Completed in 2022, this villa is located in the Ugljan region on the island of the same name. Until the next well-kept beach it is only about 250 meters.
The house stands on a plot of 454 m2 and is spread over two floors with a total of about 163 m2 of living space. A widened section of the access with 78 m2 serves as an additional parking space.
On the ground floor there is an open living room with living room, dining area and kitchen as well as a bathroom, washroom and storage room. Large glass doors lead to the covered terrace with about 33 m2 and into the landscaped garden. There is the swimming pool with sunny area.
