Modern villa with swimming pool, terraces and wide sea views

In the small village of Sveta Nedjelja on the south coast of the island of Hvar, this newly built villa stands on a slope above the sea. The living space is about 240 m2, plus a garden with about 343 m2 and two pitches.

The villa is built on three staggered levels. On the ground floor is an open area with modern kitchen, dining area and a living room with fireplace. From there it goes to the outdoor terrace with pool (6 x 5 meters), outdoor shower and summer kitchen.

On the upper levels there are four bedrooms with double bed. Each bedroom has its own terrace with sea views. There are also three bathrooms with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Large sliding doors allow a lot of daylight to all floors.

All floors are air conditioned. The furnishings are of high quality, the construction is solid: oak floors in the rooms, 10 cm external insulation made of stone wool, floor heating in the bathrooms, windows made of wood and aluminium and shutters made of cedar wood. It also has its own wine cellar.

The beach is about 150 meters away, as well as restaurants and cafes. Via the new road on the south side of the island it is 15 kilometers to Jelsa, 17 kilometers to Stari Grad and 18 kilometers to Hvar city.
