Elegant house in slopes, permanently free sea views, pool and sun deck

In the immediate vicinity of the city stands this elegant villa with pool. Thanks to the terraced, elevated location and the large garden in front of the house, a development in front of it is excluded, the view over the sea is permanently preserved.

The property measures 700 m2, the living area 270 m2 on three levels.

On the ground floor opens a large room with kitchen, dining room and living area over glass walls to the outdoor terrace. In addition, there is hallway, bathroom, guest toilet, garage and storage room. An interior staircase leads up to four bedrooms, two of them with private bathroom and private access to a terrace, as well as a guest bathroom.

At the top is the roof terrace with closed, covered lounge and large sun deck. From here you can see over the water to the mountains.

In the cobbled courtyard there is a reclining area, an approximately 30 m2 pool, a covered outdoor dining area and a grill.
